Polski Holding Hotelowy sp. z o.o. (formerly Chopin Airport Development sp. z o.o.) is the leading company within the Polish Hotel Holding Group. Its origins date back to 1998, when the hotel company Warsaw Airport Business was established within the structures of PPL. As a franchisee, we cooperate with leading global hotel chains such as Marriott International, Hilton International, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Louvre Hotels Group, and Accor.

The company’s portfolio currently includes three hotels located in the immediate vicinity of Chopin Airport: Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport, and Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport. In addition, it manages hotels located near airports in Gdańsk and Katowice – Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk Airport and Moxy Katowice Airport – as well as in Poznań and Rzeszów-Jasionka: Moxy Poznań Airport and Holiday Inn Express Rzeszów Airport.

PHH also owns the leisure and conference property Best Western Hotel Jurata on the Hel Peninsula, two properties – Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence and Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence, Halo Szczyrk, and Best Western Plus Hotel Olsztyn Old Town.
