Ambasador Programme

“Ambassador” is an innovative, award-winning motivational program in Poland and internationally, designed for PHH employees. Participants in the program collect points in exchange for specific behaviors and activities, which can be redeemed for rewards.

The goals of the Ambassador program are:

• to foster employee engagement so that they become true ambassadors of their company,
• to create new forms of employee recognition,
• to build an organizational culture that strengthens social responsibility and collegial bonds,
• to reduce employee turnover and integrate the team around shared values,
• to build the image of a committed employer through tangible actions,
• to introduce socially beneficial initiatives and attitudes into the organization (helping those in need, health prevention, volunteering, etc.).
