We don’t wait for change – we design it ourselves

23/03/2026

At the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, the Polski Holding Hotelowy team joined forces with Artha Consulting Network to build a new, ambitious ESG strategy. These were hours of in-depth work on a new definition of sustainable hospitality, which will soon become the standard across all our properties.

“As the largest Polish hotel group, we consistently create value for both our guests and our employees. That is why in our new ESG strategy, we place special emphasis on the social and corporate dimensions. Job security and stability, high health and safety standards, equal opportunities, and ethical and transparent relationships form the foundation of credible sustainable development actions,” says Patrycja Adamska, Director of the ESG Office at PHH.

The new strategy establishes a close link between ESG and PHH’s business model. Its goal is to strengthen the Group’s operational resilience and prepare for future challenges.

Key strategic directions include:

  • Local value – leveraging the unique character of our locations, from mountain resorts to city hotels, to support local communities and protect regional biodiversity.
  • People-focused culture – investing in long-term employee development through stable employment, high safety standards, and an inclusive work environment for a multi-generational and diverse team.
  • Operational efficiency and resource management – a pragmatic approach to environmental protection through cost-effective solutions in energy, water, and waste management.

Our ambition is for PHH to set the benchmark for sustainable development across the entire hotel industry in Poland.
