PHH Group Publishes Its First Sustainability Report (VSME)

17/06/2026

The PHH Capital Group has published its first Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME).

This is an important milestone, as the report was prepared even though PHH is currently not subject to the reporting requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). It reflects our belief that transparency, accountability, and data-driven management are integral elements of modern hospitality.

The 2025 report presents how the Group manages the environmental, social, and governance impacts of its operations. It serves not only as a summary of actions taken to date, but also as the first step in a long-term sustainability strategy.

Key figures:
🔹 Full calculation of Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions – 41,894.90 tCO₂e
🔹 Women account for 71% of PHH Group employees
🔹 194 initiatives supporting environmental and social causes
🔹 8 additional PHH properties obtained the Green Key certification
🔹 358 training initiatives involving 1,397 participants

The report forms an integral part of the Company's Management Board Report and sets the direction for further development in the areas of ESG, responsible management, and enhanced transparency towards our guests, customers, and business partners.
