December Eco-Business Breakfast with PHH

We have just concluded another Eco-Business Breakfast, held in the inspiring spaces of the Mercure Warsaw Centrum hotel. The event focused on “Sustainable Development in Hospitality – How to Combine Care for the Planet with Care for the Guest” and once again demonstrated that the hospitality sector is ready for responsible change and open to dialogue and collaboration.

The meeting was opened by Jarosław Szczygieł, President of the FDEE Foundation, who introduced participants to the key challenges facing the hotel industry. The event also included an eco-friendly breakfast, engaging discussions, and the exchange of experiences.

A highlight of the meeting was the “EkoHotel Challenge” game, in which the winning team included a representative from the ESG Office of the PHH.

Eco-Business Breakfasts provide a space for leaders and practitioners to share experience, best practices, and practical solutions supporting sustainable development. The intimate atmosphere fosters meaningful conversations, relationship-building, and the joint search for inspiration. It was a meeting that was both substantive and inspiring, making a significant contribution to the shared effort of building a more sustainable future for hospitality.
