Sustainable Development Strategy

We set long-term goals that support environmental, social, and economic balance, and we consistently pursue them.
The Sustainable Development Strategy was adopted in December 2023 and covers the period until 2028, based on a comprehensive approach that takes into account three areas related to environment, society, and governance (ESG).

In the SDS, the PHH Group commits to conducting its operations with respect for all 17 Sustainable Development Goals presented and described in detail in the UN regulation of 25 September 2015 – however, taking into account the specifics of the Ho-Re-Ca industry, 9 priority Sustainable Development Goals have been selected in order to intensify activities in their implementation.

Environmental Program Eco Challenge

The PHH Group’s Environmental Program Eco Challenge was announced on September 25 – the World Sustainable Development Goals Action Day – and is part of the sustainable development strategy.

The aim of the program is to promote pro-ecological and pro-environmental activities among the Group’s employees as well as hotel guests, and to raise awareness of the importance of environmental aspects in the hotel industry.

The program is built on three pillars: Eco Gestures, Eco Inspirations, and Eco Investments.
Within each of these pillars, actions and initiatives have been planned not only to educate employees and guests but also to emphasize the importance of environmental and ecological aspects in the immediate surroundings.
