Polish Hotel Holding has summarized the first two months of 2026 across its mountain properties in Krynica-Zdrój, Szczyrk, Świeradów-Zdrój and Szklarska Poręba. In January and February, the Group’s total revenue in these locations increased by an average of 14% compared with the same period in 2025, while occupancy rose by 4%.

Favourable weather conditions at the height of the winter season, combined with the stable offering of domestic resorts, meant that in January and February Poles chose to spend their holidays in the Polish mountains more often than usual, contributing to the performance of PHH properties located in these regions.

The Group’s total revenue in these locations increased by an average of 14% compared with the same period last year. A similarly strong increase was recorded in revenue per available room, with RevPAR rising by 10%.

A winter that supported Polish hospitality

This January and February brought snow and weather conditions rarely seen in recent years, encouraging tourists to stay in Poland. The number of guests at the hotels covered by the analysis increased by 5% year on year during this period, while occupancy was 4% higher.

“Exceptional winter weather was a natural ally for us, and maintaining high service standards in Krynica-Zdrój, Szczyrk, Świeradów and Szklarska Poręba enabled us to make full use of this potential and translate it into strong operating results,” says Izabela Sakowska, Director of Sales and Marketing at PHH.
