Statement of the Management Board of PHH regarding the interview of the President of the Supreme Audit Office on TVP INFO

The President of the Supreme Audit Office, Marian Banaś, stated in a television interview on TVP Info on March 5 that, as a result of an audit carried out at Polish Hotel Holding for the period 2019–2023, a notification was submitted to the prosecutor’s office regarding a suspected crime.

We would like to emphasize that the audit conducted by the Supreme Audit Office concerned the activities of the previous management board and did not relate to the current authorities of the company.

The Management Board of Polish Hotel Holding actively participated in the course of the audit and declares that the recommendations of the Supreme Audit Office regarding the audited processes will be implemented.

As a responsible entity operating in the public sector, PHH undertakes to implement all necessary changes and improvements resulting from the post-audit recommendations. Our priority is to ensure the highest standards of management and efficiency.

At the same time, we inform you that the current management board is working intensively on a new development strategy for Polish Hotel Holding, which will be presented in May this year. Our efforts are focused on the professionalization of the entire PHH Group, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of our organization in the hotel market.
