Stable growth and strong results – the PHH Group reviews the start of 2026

07/05/2026

The Polish Hotel Holding Group closed the first quarter of this year with clear increases in key operating indicators. Revenue for the period amounted to PLN 121.5 million, up 6.4% year on year. At PHH itself, occupancy increased by 2.5 percentage points year on year to 71.7%, while revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose by 6.4%. These results provide a solid basis for expanding the scale of the Local Content programme and for even broader cooperation with Polish suppliers.

All of the Group’s operating results are reported in accordance with the international USALI standard, ensuring full transparency and comparability with the global market. The average daily rate (ADR) across the entire Group increased by 2.3% year on year during the period under review, while at PHH it rose by 2.7%. RevPAR increased by 1.7% and 6.4%, respectively. At the same time, Total ADR across the Group increased by 1.1% compared with the corresponding period of 2025. This demonstrates the strong resilience of PHH’s portfolio to changing market conditions.

These results are a direct outcome of the consistent modernization of properties and the professionalization of sales processes across the Group. Together, these measures contributed to revenue growth of more than 6% in the first quarter of 2026, reaching PLN 121.5 million.

“For us, such solid operating results are not only confirmation of our business effectiveness, but above all a mandate to pursue our economic mission. Every percentage point of occupancy growth means more capital that we can direct to Polish businesses as part of our Local Content strategy. Thanks to our stable financial position, we are strengthening procurement independence and providing tangible support to the Polish supplier market,” says Rafał Szmytke, Member of the PHH Management Board.

PHH’s priority remains to maintain the upward trend in key indicators while continuing to improve service quality across all areas of its operations.
