Promotions at PHH: Andrzej Kleeberg appointed Operations Director at PHH Sp. z o.o., Sylwia Korzeniewska to lead flagship airport hotels

The PHH Group has announced changes to the management structure of PHH, focusing on proven managerial expertise and internal promotions. Andrzej Kleeberg, previously General Manager of Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, has been appointed Operations Director at PHH Sp. z o.o., where he will be responsible for optimizing business processes and maintaining quality standards. Meanwhile, Sylwia Korzeniewska has taken over the management of the Renaissance hotel and will combine this role with her position as General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport.

Andrzej Kleeberg brings more than 25 years of experience managing international hotel brands to the operations division of the leading company within the PHH Group. As Operations Director, he will focus on implementing high standards across the entire portfolio, which is a key element of the company’s strategy to improve profitability. Since August last year, he had served as General Manager of Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel. Previously, he was associated, among others, with Accor. He is a graduate of the University School of Physical Education in Poznań and the International Hospitality Management program at ESSEC Business School.

Entrusting Sylwia Korzeniewska with the management of two of the most important hotels at Warsaw Chopin Airport is intended to maximize operational and sales synergies. As an experienced leader, she is taking responsibility for a consistent management approach across Renaissance and Courtyard, which in practice means more efficient management and a stronger market position for PHH in the airport hotel segment. She has served as General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport since February 2022. She has 25 years of industry experience and is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.
