Consistent asset consolidation, property modernization and operational efficiency — Polish Hotel Holding summarizes the first six months of 2026. Revenue for the period amounted to PLN 275.9 million, up 7.7% year on year. At PHH itself, occupancy increased by nearly 2 percentage points year on year to 74.2%, while revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose by 4.6%.
All of the Group’s operating results are reported in accordance with the international USALI standard, ensuring full transparency and comparability with the global market. The average daily rate (ADR) across the entire Group increased by 1.7% year on year during the period under review, while at PHH it rose by 1.9%. RevPAR increased by 3% and 4.6%, respectively.
These results are a direct outcome of the consistent modernization of properties and the professionalization of sales processes across the Group. Together, these measures contributed to revenue growth of nearly 8% in the first half of 2026, reaching PLN 275.9 million.
“We have had a very intensive six months, during which we laid the foundations for the PHH Group’s further development. Strong financial results provide us with a stable basis for continuing consolidation processes and investing in the modernization of our hotel portfolio, particularly within the Resort and Health Resort business lines. We are consistently building a strong, modern organization in the Polish market and are ready for the challenges ahead,” says Rafał Szmytke, President of the Management Board of PHH.
The Group is strengthening its market position through a clear operational structure based on three business areas: City, Resort and Health Resort. Portfolio diversification enables PHH to optimize occupancy regardless of the season and tailor its offering precisely to the growing expectations of different guest groups.
In the second half of the year, the Group is maintaining its strong pace of development, with a focus on intensive expansion of its hotel infrastructure. Key projects include comprehensive modernization of properties in Zakopane and Szklarska Poręba, both within the Resort business line, and Kołobrzeg, within the Health Resort business line, as well as the planned opening of the new Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Poznań, formerly the Ikar Hotel. The investment in the capital of the Greater Poland region will significantly strengthen PHH’s position as a leader in the city hotel market.
