Polish Hotel Holding opens Four Points by Sheraton in Wrocław

Wrocław has gained a new property of international standard. On the site of the former Hotel Wieniawa, the Four Points by Sheraton, part of the Marriott International network and managed by Polish Hotel Holding, has been established. The new property offers 157 modern rooms in five categories – Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Premium, and Suite – as well as a restaurant and bar with the modern Best Brew concept based on craft beers, and conference rooms Bravo and Alfa with a total area of over 200 m². With this investment, Polish Hotel Holding continues the plan of modernizing its hotel property portfolio while also strengthening its partnership with the global Marriott International brand.

The Four Points by Sheraton brand is part of the Marriott International portfolio and was designed with modern travelers in mind, those seeking a balance between work and rest. Hotels under this brand offer guests comfortable rooms, intuitive spaces, dining areas serving top-quality meals, as well as fast Wi-Fi. In addition, the brand focuses on providing an authentic atmosphere, local touches, and a friendly, unpretentious style. Four Points by Sheraton hotels support efficient work while also enabling relaxation in comfortable conditions – whether in the privacy of the room or in stylish public spaces, the restaurant, or on the terrace. A hallmark of the brand is also the Best Brews program, through which guests can sample carefully selected local craft beers.

Thanks to our experience and the presence of a renowned global brand, Four Points by Sheraton Wrocław will attract not only tourists but also business guests. Clear advantages include modernity and interesting design, proximity to the city center, good airport connections, large parking facilities, and an extensive conference offer. An additional benefit is the fact that guests will be able to use the global Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, which currently has over 220 million members worldwide. Our cooperation with such an international player as Marriott International aims to promote Poland not only in the context of tourism but also business, by combining local resources with global, modern trends, says Marcin Ziobro, President of PHH Hotele.

Local accents, global impact

Hotel Wieniawa operated at this location since the 1970s. Its distinctive structure had been part of the panorama of southern Wrocław for decades. The new investment retains the recognizable form of the building but fills it with entirely new content. The furnishings, interior design, and above all, the service standard – all of this has been designed in line with the requirements of the global Marriott network.

The Wrocław hotel market is one of the most dynamically developing in Poland, so it is natural for us to want to be a part of it. At Four Points by Sheraton, we wanted to preserve the spirit of this place by referencing the modernist style, but at the same time create a property that meets the expectations of today’s guests – both from Poland and abroad. Its opening is also a boost for the local labor market and business. Several dozen people have found employment here, and cooperation with Wrocław-based companies – suppliers, agencies, and service providers – creates a multiplier effect for the entire local economy, says Łukasz Nowakowski, Director of Four Points by Sheraton Wrocław.
