Polish Hotel Holding (PHH) is strengthening the Group’s corporate functions. In January 2026, two experienced managers joined the team: Jolanta Szczotkiewicz as Director of the Management Board Office and Anna Walkowska as Director of the Procurement Office. Both appointments are part of PHH’s strategy to professionalize the processes supporting the development of the Group and its hotel portfolio.
Jolanta Szczotkiewicz has more than 15 years of experience in corporate services. For seven years, she managed a team responsible for supporting the management board of a public-sector company, carrying out tasks related to the functioning of statutory bodies, coordinating corporate processes, and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders.
The position of Director of the Management Board Office is new within PHH’s organizational structure. The role includes responsibility for providing organizational and substantive support to the Management Board, Supervisory Board and Shareholders’ Meeting, overseeing document circulation, coordinating corporate processes, and facilitating internal communication between the Management Board and the relevant organizational units. She is a graduate of the Kazimierz Pułaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom and has completed postgraduate studies in organization and management at Kozminski University in Warsaw, as well as postgraduate management studies at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development.
Anna Walkowska, who has taken up the position of Director of the Procurement Office, is an experienced procurement specialist who has been associated with the tourism and hospitality industry for many years. She gained professional experience, among others, at Interferie, a company within the PHH Group, where she has worked for nearly three decades. Her responsibilities included the comprehensive execution of procurement activities, effective delivery of assigned tasks, and team management. At PHH, she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing procurement processes across the Group, drawing on her extensive knowledge of the tourism and hospitality sector and applicable procurement procedures.
