New Director of the Marketing and PR Office at PHH

Kamila Stefanek-Penarska has taken the position of Director of the Marketing and PR Office at Polish Hotel Holding. Her extensive, nearly twenty years of experience in successfully introducing and developing brands in the service industry will significantly strengthen PHH’s marketing and communication efforts.

Kamila Stefanek-Penarska is an experienced manager with expertise in the fields of marketing and sales. She is known for her ability to create and flexibly adapt marketing and sales plans to changing market conditions, always with the overarching goal of growth and success of the brands she manages.

Before joining PHH, Kamila Stefanek-Penarska served as Professional Sales Manager at New Flag Polska – New Flag GMBH, where she successfully introduced eight professional hairdressing brands to the Polish market, building their visibility in professional channels and e-commerce. Previously, as Brand & Education Manager at A&M Premium Distribution, she was responsible for introducing such brands as Olaplex, #mydentity, and ELEVEN Australia, as well as creating 360-degree marketing and educational strategies, which resulted in significant sales growth and social media reach.

Her experience also includes the role of Brand & Marketing Manager, KAM at TIGI Haircare (Poland), where she successfully managed brand development in the face of numerous market changes, maintaining sales growth and a strong market position. She began her career as a Sales Representative and Logistics Specialist at Kosmetix.

Kamila Stefanek-Penarska is a graduate of Interior Design at Roe Art Schools and Italian Studies at the University of Warsaw.
