New Director of the IT Office at PHH

Rafał Lantner-Rypień has joined the PHH team as Director of the IT Office. Rafał is an experienced manager and technology transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience in managing IT teams and delivering strategic digital transformation projects across the energy, financial and industrial sectors.

Throughout his career, he has held key management positions at organizations such as Gaz-System S.A., the Polish Development Fund (PFR) and the Industrial Development Agency (ARP), where he was responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives. He has successfully led complex transformation projects, including SAP system migrations, cloud solution implementations, and initiatives involving artificial intelligence, machine learning and Big Data analytics.

He is an expert in combining technological innovation with long-term business strategy and in developing modern IT solutions. His expertise and strategic approach represent a significant strengthening of PHH’s capabilities in digitalization and technological transformation.
