New Director of the Investment Implementation Office at PHH

Witold Woźniak has joined the PHH team as Director of the Investment Implementation Office.

Witold is an experienced manager and civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in delivering investment projects, including facilities developed to the highest functional and architectural standards. For more than two decades, he was associated with Ghelamco Poland, where he held managerial positions in the delivery of flagship developments such as Warsaw Spire and The Warsaw HUB — projects recognized for their quality, scale and modern approach to urban space.

At PHH, he will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Group’s investment projects, including hotel modernization and expansion projects as well as the development of new properties. His goal is to further strengthen PHH’s investment potential and develop its hotel infrastructure in line with the highest standards of quality, comfort and sustainable development.

He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn (now the University of Warmia and Mazury) and completed studies in construction management at Warsaw University of Technology.
