Marcin Ziobro appointed Member of the Management Board of PHH Hotele

Marcin Ziobro has been appointed as a member of the management board of PHH Hotele, a company belonging to the Polish Hotel Holding Capital Group. He assumed his role on December 1. He has been associated with the tourism and hospitality industry for nearly 25 years.

Before joining PHH Hotele Sp. z o.o., Marcin Ziobro managed the 5-star H15 Luxury Palace Hotel in Kraków for three years and carried out a rebranding project to The Luxury Collection for Destigo Hotels. His career has included a variety of positions, ranging from front-line work such as leading tours and coordinating group travel, to managerial roles including General Manager at several hotels under prestigious international brands such as Hilton, Best Western, and Marriott.

He has created many training programs, including in sales, guest service, sustainability reporting in line with new EU regulations, as well as Poland’s leading Postgraduate Hotel Manager Studies program, which has been delivered in 11 editions to date. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Regional Director of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of the Hotel Industry.

Marcin Ziobro is a graduate of Tourism and Recreation at the University of Physical Education in Kraków, as well as postgraduate studies at the Cracow School of Business of the University of Economics.

PHH Hotele Sp. z o.o. is part of the Polish Hotel Holding Capital Group. The company has a portfolio of 11 hotels located across Poland, including in Hel, Szczecin, Toruń, Kraków, Lublin, and Łódź. Most of the properties previously served military purposes as barracks (e.g., Kapitan Hotel in Szczecin, Reymont in Łódź, Hetman in Rzeszów) or as military dormitories (e.g., Wieniawa Hotel in Wrocław, Ikar Hotel in Poznań).
