Julia Kowalska, a manager with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, has joined the Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence team as Director, bringing her expertise in property management, sales and marketing strategies, and the development of tourism brands.
She gained experience with the Hilton network as well as in hotels in Świnoujście and Szczecin, where she was responsible both for day-to-day operations and pre-opening processes. She also worked at the Department of Promotion, Tourism, Culture and Sports of the Świnoujście City Hall as an inspector, co-creating the city’s tourism brand strategy and promotional campaigns. Additionally, she managed the Platino Mare Resort & Spa in Świnoujście through its construction, pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations.
- Julia Kowalska combines extensive hotel experience gained in both chain and independent properties. She is an expert in sales and marketing while also having a deep understanding of operational processes. She knows the West Pomeranian market very well. In her new role, she will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence, including oversight of operations, implementation of sales and marketing strategy, development of service standards, and further expansion of the property’s offering.
