The significance of STR and RevPAR data
STR indicators are a widely recognized benchmarking standard in the hotel industry. RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) is a key metric that measures revenue per available room, taking into account both occupancy and average room rates. Meanwhile, RGI (Relative Guest Index), also included in the analysis, evaluates the performance of individual hotels relative to their direct competition in a given segment.

Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport is located near Chopin Airport, a short distance from Warsaw’s largest business district and 7 km from the city center. This three-star hotel offers 116 rooms, a bar and restaurant, a fitness room, a conference room, as well as a workzone area.

Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport is situated directly opposite the terminal at Chopin Airport in Warsaw. The property has 241 rooms and 13 modern conference rooms covering more than 760 m², including a 400 m² ballroom. The hotel has been repeatedly awarded international prizes and recognized by guests, ranking among the top hotels of this brand worldwide.

Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel is also located opposite the terminal at Chopin Airport. The hotel features 225 rooms, including 11 suites. Uniquely among hotels in the airport area, it offers a swimming pool, saunas, and an exclusive SPA zone. Guests can also enjoy the Executive Club on the top floor, with extensive dining options and a unique view of the airport runway. The hotel has a modern conference space adaptable to individual client needs – 14 conference rooms and a ballroom.
