Information on Structured Invoices within the PHH Group

In connection with the entry into force of the obligation to issue structured invoices through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), we would like to inform you that, pursuant to the amendment to the Act of 11 March 2004 on Value Added Tax (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1811), Polski Holding Hotelowy Sp. z o.o. is required to introduce structured invoicing via the KSeF system as of 1 February 2026.

As of 1 February 2026, Polski Holding Hotelowy will also receive purchase invoices issued by our Suppliers through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

Structured invoices will be received by Polski Holding Hotelowy Sp. z o.o. via the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), using interface software, in electronic form, in accordance with Article 106nc of the Act of 11 March 2004 on Value Added Tax, on the date on which the invoice is issued by the service provider. The Contractor undertakes to send invoice attachments electronically, as well as any other letters and correspondence related to the performance of the agreement concluded between the parties, in PDF or Excel format, to the designated email address.
