Hospitable by Nature, Consistent in Growth — Internal Promotions at PHH

20/01/2026

The development of PHH Hotels & Resorts is built on people and competencies that have a real impact on the organization’s day-to-day operations. Strengthening key areas through internal promotions is an important part of this approach — helping to maintain continuity, accountability and consistency across the entire Group.

Recently, changes have been introduced within PHH’s organizational structure to strengthen management, quality and Guest Experience.

Barbara Dubnicka-Cyman has been appointed Director of the Risk Management and Audit Office. She has been with PHH since 2020 and has worked for many years in the areas of security and control. She holds a PhD in Economics and is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. In her new role, she is responsible for the further development of risk management and audit systems, as well as for strengthening safety and oversight standards across the organization.

Jacek Szczęsny has been appointed Director of the Quality and Guest Experience Office within the Operations Division, having been promoted from the position of Operational Projects Manager at PHH. He has been associated with the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years. He gained experience, among others, at the Bristol and Hyatt Regency Warsaw hotels, as well as at the boutique Hotel Rialto, where he held managerial and executive positions for many years. His work focuses on operational quality, consistency of standards and the Guest Experience.

These promotions reflect an approach in which organizational development goes hand in hand with building competencies, while key roles are entrusted to people who combine experience, a fresh perspective and genuine value for PHH. It is in these areas that decisions are made which directly affect the quality of management, operational stability and the Group’s long-term growth and strengthening.
