Changes to the Management Board of Polish Hotel Holding

On 16 April 2026, the Supervisory Board of Polish Hotel Holding dismissed Rafał Kincer from the Management Board and from his position as President of the Management Board of PHH.

As of 17 April 2026, the PHH Management Board consists of one member. Rafał Szmytke serves as a Member of the Management Board and is in charge of the company’s operations.

The Supervisory Board thanked Rafał Kincer for his contribution to the development of Polish Hotel Holding. At the same time, the Board concluded that, in view of the challenges facing the PHH Group, changes to the company’s Management Board are necessary.

In the near future, the Supervisory Board will announce a recruitment process for the position of President of the Management Board of PHH.
