Adam Szymański Appointed Director of the Technical Division at PHH

Adam Szymański has joined Polski Holding Hotelowy (PHH), taking on the position of Director of the Technical Division. He brings over 20 years of experience in the technical and operational management of commercial properties, including hotels, office buildings, and apartment complexes.

In recent years, he has served as Technical Director at Destigo Hotels, Grano Hotel Solmarina, and the Radisson Blu Hotel in Szczecin. His responsibilities included overseeing dispersed technical structures within hotel networks, leading modernization projects, and implementing pro-ecological solutions as part of ESG initiatives. He also holds a PRINCE2® certification and numerous professional licenses.

At PHH, Szymański will focus on further developing the company’s technical management strategy, optimizing operating costs, and implementing modern technologies across the Group’s properties. He will also supervise the delivery of new PHH investments and modernization projects.

He is a graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology, where he studied Civil Engineering as well as Electronics and Telecommunications.
