17th PROFIT HOTEL Hospitality Market Forum with the participation of PHH

President of the Management Board of Polish Hotel Holding, Gheorghe Marian Cristescu, participated in the 17th PROFIT HOTEL® 2023 Hotel Market Forum, organized by the editorial team of ŚWIAT HOTELI – the hoteliers’ magazine and the Horecanet.pl portal.

In the panel titled “Development vs. Risk – Realities and Market Perspectives in Poland”, he stated that hospitality is already firmly back on track after the pandemic crisis. – Hospitality in Poland is on the right path. Our sector is always one of the first to feel the effects of an impending crisis, but it is also the first industry to recover afterward, with the recovery after the pandemic being the best example, emphasized the President of PHH.

He also highlighted that the greatest value in this business is people. – We see that a generation of young people is entering our industry, functioning in new trends and often perceiving the world in a completely different way. Therefore, our role is not to oppose one another but to understand their way of thinking. Let’s allow young people to develop their potential and draw from their ideas. At the same time, let’s teach them professional hospitality through various types of training as well as our own experience, added Cristescu.

Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, part of the PHH Group, reached the finals of the #ProfitHotelAwards2023 competition in the Best Interior/Design category during the 17th Profit Hotel Forum, organized by ŚWIAT HOTELI.

The PHH Group was a partner of this event, which took place on December 11 at Hilton Warsaw City.
