About us

PHH Group is a dynamically developing hotel network, offering services across a diverse range of properties – from budget-friendly to prestigious hotels located in Poland’s largest cities and most attractive tourist destinations. Currently, the group comprises 48 properties with nearly 5,000 rooms. For years, our company has been cooperating with leading global hotel chains such as Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, IHG, and Accor. We are pioneers in introducing a variety of international brands to the Polish market, including Moxy, Renaissance, Le Meridien, Aiden, and voco. We are also developing our own brand, Halo.

Why a group? Because we aim to jointly create a strong and professional Polish hotel entity that is competitive in the industry and effectively manages its portfolio of properties. How do we achieve this? By implementing modern procedures, strengthening sales activities, and thereby improving profitability.

Strategy

Mission

We are building the largest Polish hotel group. We serve our guests. We provide growth opportunities for our employees. We manage assets efficiently.

Vision

We are a leader in hospitality, combining international standards with our values that inspire a fuller and healthier life.

We are the largest Polish hotel group, and our mission is service and hospitality. We invest in hotels to unlock their potential and raise service standards. We operate with people and the environment in mind, supporting employee growth and the effective management of national assets. Our hospitality is built on a personal approach, attention to detail, and relationships based on trust and openness. For us, being a leader in hospitality means more than delivering the highest standards of service. It is the ability to combine the best international hotel practices with our own values – genuine warmth, care for our guests, and respect for tradition. In doing so, we create places that not only meet expectations but also inspire fuller and healthier lives.

Hotelier's Code of Conduct

Our Hotelier’s Code of Conduct is a set of clear principles, standards, and values that guide us. It was created to unify standards in the hospitality industry and to emphasize the importance of respect, care for others, honesty, and professionalism in everyday work. It serves as our compass, helping us make decisions and face challenges while safeguarding the reputation of our company and the entire industry. We are implementing it across the Group and training all employees, so that together we can care for the well-being of our guests and create safe and welcoming workplaces.

Rewards

We are proud to have been recognized with numerous awards in Poland and abroad for the high quality of our services and excellent guest care. In recent years, our hotels, such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Best Western, have received many distinctions for guest satisfaction, cleanliness and quality of services. Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport, for example, received the Diamond Circle Award and was ranked among the top 20 hotels of this brand worldwide.

We also value the professionalism of our staff and the quality of our catering services. Among the awarded individuals are, among others, Sylwia Korzeniewska, honored with the title of Diamond General Manager of the Year by Marriott International, and Piotr Lasecki, recognized as the best chef in the EMEA region. These numerous awards and distinctions strengthen our position as a leader in modern hotel standards and as an attractive employer.

In 2023, we received the prestigious Friendly Workplace award, granted to companies creating a friendly and modern working environment. As the first Polish hotel company, we also won the bronze award in the Employer Brand Management Awards competition, which distinguishes us as a great place to work.
